Join a large, complex government organisation undertaking a significant SAP modernisation program. As part of a major ERP uplift initiative, the organisation is progressing its transition from SAP ECC towards S/4HANA, with a focus on modernising and optimising its core ERP environment while ensuring continuity of critical business services.
Your new role
- As an ERP Business Consultant - Finance, you will provide expert functional support and service delivery across SAP Finance modules while supporting a major ERP upgrade and transformation program. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists to deliver sustainable SAP solutions, improve business processes and support ongoing platform enhancements.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Providing functional support and configuration across SAP Finance modules
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into fit-for-purpose SAP solutions
- Supporting ERP upgrade and transformation initiatives
- Resolving finance system issues and ensuring application stability and performance
- Collaborating with business and project teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Supporting a large-scale SAP environment during a significant platform uplift program
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong SAP Finance consulting experience
- Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrated ERP consulting and enterprise applications experience
- Experience supporting integrated finance solutions, including payroll and related systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting ERP upgrades, transformation programs or large-scale implementations
- Previous experience working within government, highly regulated, or large enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
