Hays is partnering with a respected public sector organisation seeking an experienced education professional to support the development of high-quality teaching resources and curriculum materials. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to statewide initiatives that promote positive outcomes for children through engaging, evidence-based educational content.

Your new role
Working collaboratively with subject-matter experts and key stakeholders, you will help translate complex information into practical, age-appropriate learning resources that can be effectively delivered in primary school and early childhood settings. You will contribute to curriculum development, resource design, stakeholder consultation and the continuous improvement of program materials.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualifications in Primary or Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience developing curriculum resources, learning programs or educational materials.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary teaching practices and child development.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience engaging and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
