An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join its finance team. Your new role
- Maintaining product costing accuracy, standard costs and bills of materials
- Analysing manufacturing cost variances and monitoring product profitability
- Preparing monthly management reports, KPI reporting and performance analysis
- Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process
- Partnering with operational leaders to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Participating in site performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting inventory management, financial controls and audit requirements
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including supplier payments and reconciliations
- Providing commercial insights to support decision-making and drive operational performance
What you'll need to succeed
- CA or CPA qualification, or be actively working towards completion
- Previous experience in Management Accounting, Cost Accounting or Manufacturing Finance
- Experience within manufacturing or a broader FMCG environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting and variance analysis
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
- Strong analytical capability with a continuous improvement mindset
