Plant Operators Wanted

Your New Role
As a Fixed Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of raw material handling equipment to ensure continuous plant performance and production targets are achieved.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring raw material handling equipment and fixed plant infrastructure
• Conducting routine inspections of conveyors, hoppers, crushers, feeders, and associated equipment
• Monitoring stockpiles and material movement throughout the operation
• Operating mobile equipment as required
• Reporting equipment faults and process issues
• Assisting with plant start-ups, shutdowns, and cleaning activities
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards across operational areas
• Working closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Following all safety and environmental procedures

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in a mining, quarrying, processing, or heavy industrial environment
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Current Australian Manual Driving Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
• Bobcat experience and Loader experience
• Additional machinery tickets or high-risk licences Desirable
