Your new role
You will be responsible for coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key accountabilities:

• Monitoring budgets, schedules, resources, and project performance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Maintaining effective communication across all project stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects through planning, execution, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of Queensland building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Experience leading teams and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Aconex, Procore, or similar project delivery tools will be highly regarded
