Consumer Marketing Manager – Insurance 

Sydney | 12-month fixed-term contract | $155k package

Join a leading Australian insurance business and deliver targeted communications that keep customers informed, engaged and connected throughout their policy journey.
As the marketing specialist within a cross-functional squad, you’ll own end-to-end EDM and SMS campaign delivery, supported by campaign analysts, agencies and digital teams.

The role

• Deliver campaigns: Manage briefs, content, approvals, testing and launch across customer education and engagement initiatives.
• Optimise performance: Use customer insights, campaign results and A/B testing to improve relevance and effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholders: Partner with data, digital, claims, brand and agency teams to deliver on time.
• Maintain quality: Ensure communications are clear, consistent and aligned with regulatory requirements.

About you

• 5+ years in B2C EDM, CRM or lifecycle marketing, with strong end-to-end campaign experience.
• Proven success engaging and retaining existing customers through data-led communications.
• Financial services, insurance or regulated-sector experience preferred; telco, utilities and retail backgrounds welcomed.
• Strong stakeholder management, agency briefing and content review skills.
• Exposure to Adobe Campaign or similar platforms; campaign builds are supported by an analyst.
