Our client is a well-established Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across South East Queensland. Due to continued growth and a landmark project commencing in Carrara, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale commercial construction project.
Your new role

Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to handover Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel Drive construction programmes and sequencing activities Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety standards Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions and safety inspections Monitor productivity and programme performance Manage quality assurance and defect minimisation processes Liaise closely with the Project Manager, consultants and key stakeholders Identify and resolve construction issues proactively Maintain project documentation, reporting and site records Lead site teams to achieve project milestones and delivery targets

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects valued above $50MStrong understanding of construction methodology, programming and sequencingDemonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectivelyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSound knowledge of Queensland building regulations and WHS requirementsQBCC LicenseWhat you'll get in return
