Food and Beverage Supervisor
$32.12 per hour + 12% Super + Penalties
- Part - Time Position available
- Must be available across 7 days
- Shifts available – Monday to Sunday 3:30pm to 11:30pm or 11:15pm to 7:15am

The Position
- Lead front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless and professional lounge service
- Uphold premium lounge presentation standards and maintain clean, organised and welcoming environments
- Coordinate and support basic food preparation to meet service timelines
- Oversee buffet and beverage station management including proactive replenishment and quality checks
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve service issues promptly
- Guide, mentor and support team members to uphold Compass Group standards
The Person
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Personal transport preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
- Well‑presented, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain efficiency during peak travel periods
- Strong safety and compliance mindset with an understanding of secure airport operations
- Willing to undergo a police check for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
