About the Role:
You will be involved in all aspects of the Plastics production processes, including:
- Operating modern automated plastics extrusion, conversion and recycling machinery
- Manufacturing finished goods including plastic bags and stretch film
- Carrying out basic maintenance on machines
- Completing process control documentation accurately and diligently
This role operates on a rotating 4‑on / 4‑off roster with 12‑hour shifts:
• Day shift: 5:45 am – 5:45 pm
• Night shift: 5:45 pm – 5:45 am
About you:
We welcome applicants who are new to plastics manufacturing but have an interest in machine operation and a willingness to learn.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- A can-do attitude and be a great team player
- Effective problem-solving skills
- A strong mechanical aptitude, safety and quality-focus
- A high attention to detail
- Experience in plastics, blown film or HACCP iswelcome but not required.
