About the Role as Our Experienced Educational Leader, you’ll:
- Mentor and inspire educators to grow in confidence and practice.
- Guide meaningful programming and curriculum development.
- Champion high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.
- Build a positive team culture where educators and children feel they belong.
- Work alongside the leadership team to drive quality and continuous improvement.
About You
- You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- You have experience leading, mentoring or guiding educators.
- You’re passionate about play-based learning, intentional teaching and child-led discovery.
- You bring warmth, curiosity and a collaborative, can-do spirit.
- You hold a current Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights.
