The Opportunity:
 
This varied role sits at the heart of the business and combines customer service, administration, job coordination and accounts support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating jobs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring projects progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
  
Working closely with a friendly and experienced team, you’ll enjoy a role where no two days are the same. This position is ideally suited to someone who has previously worked within a trade, construction, manufacturing, cabinetry or similar environment and understands the fast-paced nature of coordinating customers, jobs and administration. You will thrive in a hands-on role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are key to keeping operations running smoothly
  
Your Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, sales support or office coordination role within a trade, manufacturing, construction or similar environment
  • Essential experience using Xero or MYOB for day-to-day accounts and administrative tasks
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal team members professionally
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and follow tasks through to completion
  • A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and contribute across the wider business
  • Previous experience in a similar business environment will be highly regarded
