About the Opportunity
RCT Powered by Epiroc is seeking a motivated and reliable Stores / Parts Assistant to join our team in Kalgoorlie on a maternity leave cover contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their skills in warehousing, inventory management and parts sales. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training across all aspects of the role, working alongside an experienced team in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, sort and organise incoming stock.
- Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties.
- Support the parts sales team with customer enquiries and sales processing.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow work instructions and established procedures.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in stores and parts operations.
To be successful, you will have:
- A motivated, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
- Strong reliability, punctuality and a commitment to following instructions.
- The ability to work effectively within a small team.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using computer systems.
- A current and valid WA driver’s licence.
- The ability to perform manual handling duties, including lifting up to 20 kg.
- A current forklift licence (highly regarded, but not essential).
Previous warehouse or parts experience is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and a great attitude are what matter most.
