Parklife Metro has been awarded the Sydney Metro SSTOM package, a $5 billion Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project that will transform Western Sydney. This major infrastructure package includes:

  • Six brand-new metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis
  • 12 new metro trains and core rail systems
  • A state-of-the-art maintenance and stabling facility at Orchard Hills

As part of the Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild consortium, we're delivering a city-shaping project that will define the future of transport in NSW.
 
 
The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to join our site team across the stations. You will be responsible for supervising the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced site-based MEP professional looking to lead a team and contribute directly to the delivery of a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily MEP construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project standards, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Review and implement method statements, work packs, ITPs, RFIs, and NCRs.
  • Support quality assurance processes and maintain accurate site records for reporting to senior engineers and project management.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Ensure all MEP works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and support junior site staff to develop skills and maintain high-performance standards.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or relevant trade experience with supervisory exposure.
  • Previous experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar role on large-scale infrastructure or rail projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
