Your new role
- Take ownership of month-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across a growing mining services business
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide valuable financial insights and support decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing financial controls, processes, and reporting efficiencies
- Gain exposure across the wider finance function, including statutory reporting, audits, payroll, and accounts operations
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of month-end processes, compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Experience in mining, resources, construction, civil, or project-based environments is highly regarded
