An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join an established concrete business delivering projects across South East Queensland. Included in the offer is a dual cab ute, phone and laptop, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing crews, coordinating projects and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
Who you will be working with
You'll be joining an established construction business with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll oversee multiple projects, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, and ensure operations run safely and efficiently.

Duties and responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors and daily site activities
- Schedule labour, equipment and materials to meet project requirements
- Monitor project costs, timelines and resources to maintain productivity
- Ensure all work meets Australian Construction Standards and safety requirements
- Maintain communication with internal teams, contractors and project stakeholders
We are looking for someone with
- Experience in construction supervision, site coordination or project management
- Background in civil construction, concrete works or similar construction environments highly regarded
- Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, costs and risk management
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office and experience managing projects from start to finish
