Remuneration: $36.39 - $51.09 per hour plus superannuation
Hours Per Week: Weekdays and AM/ PM shifts only.
Scrub Scout - Operating Theatres - Kogarah
The Role
As a Scrub Scout, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the operating theatres of the Hospital.

Selection Criteria:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Proven high-level written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to convey key messages effectively.
- Ability to proactively engage with patients and support others in delivering service excellence.
- Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team while maintaining professional and ethical boundaries.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using health information systems.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management, safety, and quality principles, with an understanding of the Registered Nurse's role in these areas.
- Recent post-registration experience in an acute care setting is essential.
