HR Advisor - Business Integration & Process Improvement

Western Suburbs, Adelaide
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Up to $120,000 + Super

We're recruiting an experienced HR Advisor on behalf of a growing South Australian business. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, People & Culture, this role will focus on helping bring together HR processes, policies and systems across different businesses within the group. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys reviewing how things are done, identifying improvements, and helping teams work more consistently.

The Role Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you'll support a range of projects focused on business integration, process improvement and HR compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HR integration projects across multiple businesses.
  • Reviewing HR policies, processes and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Conducting audits and due diligence activities.
  • Helping develop consistent HR policies, procedures and ways of working.
  • Supporting change and improvement projects.
  • Working with managers to implement new processes and practices.
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Ensuring HR practices align with employment legislation and company requirements.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in HR, ideally with exposure to business integration, mergers, acquisitions or organisational change.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience conducting reviews, audits or due diligence activities.
  • Experience improving processes and implementing new ways of working.
  • The ability to build relationships and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant HR or business qualifications.
