To be successful you must have the following:
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand delivering commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and keep programmes on track.
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies, QA and WHS requirements.
- Stable employment history with a commercial builder.
- Trade qualification or relevant construction background preferred.
