- Salary guide: $120.00 - $150.00 per hour.

Your normal day will involve:
- Fostering and promoting Agile principles across multiple teams.
- Balancing delivery requirements with improvement initiatives to enhance Agile culture.
- Facilitating complex Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Researching and educating teams on modern Agile trends and best practices.
- Designing Agile operating models for new and existing projects.
- Building strong relationships with internal and cross-agency stakeholders.
