Junior Recruitment Consultant

A full-time permanent role in the bustling city of Hawthorn for a well-established and award winning Recruitment agency with over three decades in the industry, specialising in Permanent and Labour hire recruitment for the blue and white collar sectors. For an aspiring recruiter seeking to master their craft as a recruiter.

• Past experience with high volume of outbound or inbound calling and Australian work rights 
• Salary guide $60,000 per annum Base + commission = $80,000 in the first year on target earnings
• Hawthorn, Victoria (not a work from home role)

A normal day includes

• Calling candidates and assessing their suitability for jobs
• Writing job advertisements and assessing ad response
• Telephone screening of candidates
• Assisting with the writing up on your interview notes of shortlisted candidates
• Reference checking
• Candidate resourcing and finding innovative ways to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Administration and database management
