The Agency
Our client is a well established and growing property management business servicing a quality portfolio across Adelaide's Eastern suburbs. With a modern, technology and a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants, the business has ambitious organic growth plans.
The Position
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining strong communication with owners and ensuring exceptional service levels
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and portfolio performance
- Overseeing escalated maintenance matters
- Managing lease renewals and approvals
- Providing direction and oversight across the portfolio
- Working closely with the Leasing Agent/Maintenance Manager/PM who manages tenant side matters
The Criteria
You will ideally have:
- A current SA Property Management Registration
- A current driver's licence
- Strong experience managing landlord/owner relationships
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- A proactive, solutions focused approach
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a team
- A genuine interest in technology and modern property management systems
