Residential Site Supervisor - Project Home Builder

About the Role

In this position, you will report directly to the Residential Site Supervisor and take ownership of multiple residential projects across the The Hills and Western Sydney. Depending on your experience, you will oversee 15 to 20+ dwellings simultaneously, coordinating trades, scheduling materials, and managing all site activities from civil groundwork through to final handover.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering homes on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 15 to 20+ residential builds concurrently

- Supervise all on-site trades and oversee construction phases

- Coordinate job scheduling, materials, and subcontractors

- Liaise with internal teams, including Estimators and Drafters

- Lead and support site staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve construction and design challenges as they arise

What You'll Need

- Certificate III in Carpentry or Bricklaying (essential)

- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (essential)

- Experience Supervising Residenial project home builds

- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in residential construction

- Strong background in volume or project home building

- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams

- Valid Driver's License
