What you will be doing
- Operating roller machinery safely and efficiently on civil construction sites.
- Compacting road base, subgrade, asphalt, and other construction materials to specification.
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting any maintenance requirements.
- Working closely with supervisors, plant operators, and ground crews to meet project deadlines.
What you will need
- Previous experience operating rollers on civil or road construction projects.
- Current Roller RII or VOC
- Construction White Card (essential).
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
