These include upstream flowlines, well leases, network gathering systems, major gas transmission pipelines, above-ground processing facilities, and emerging renewable energy infrastructure.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager with 5+ years of engineering design experience in the Oil & Gas and Renewables sectors. This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of complex projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects across gas and renewable energy sectors.
- Expand current Fyfe client network through business development activities and new client engagements
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage resources effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical insight and guidance to the designs in conjunction with Technical leads
- Interpret and review engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Identify and manage project variations and risks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
About You
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Process, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years experience in engineering design within Oil & Gas and/or Renewable Energy.
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ambition to grow into senior leadership roles.
