Take the next step in your mental health career with a Clinical Lead role at headspace Orange, providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 12–25.
This is an opportunity to combine clinical leadership, supervision and service development while maintaining a small clinical caseload.
About the Role
- Provide clinical leadership, consultation and guidance to clinicians
- Oversee clinical service delivery and support high-quality, evidence-based care
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to team members
- Lead multidisciplinary clinical reviews and manage clinical escalations
- Support caseload management, referrals, waitlists and clinical resources
- Promote family-inclusive, culturally safe and youth-focused practice
- Work with schools, health professionals and community organisations to strengthen referral pathways
- Maintain a small caseload, providing assessment, intervention and ongoing care
About You
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist or Occupational Therapist, or AASW eligibility as a Social Worker, or relevant Division 1 Mental Health Nursing registration
- Extensive experience providing holistic mental health care
- Demonstrated clinical and operational leadership experience
- Experience providing clinical supervision and/or mentoring
- Strong understanding of mental health and social & emotional wellbeing for First Nations young people
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making and risk management skills
