We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio across Sydney, working with an established property management business known for managing residential communities and delivering high standards across its portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, well-established team with a strong focus on building operations, resident experience and maintaining quality standards across its properties.

The Role

• Oversee a portfolio of three sites, including a BMC site and two residential buildings.
• Manage day-to-day building operations, maintenance and contractor coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, committees and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure maintenance issues are addressed efficiently.
• Assist with budgets, reporting, compliance and general building operations.
• Maintain high standards across all sites while managing competing priorities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve building presentation, operations and resident satisfaction.

About You

• 3–4 years' experience in Building Management.
• Previous BMC experience is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple sites or a varied building portfolio.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Confident liaising with committees, residents, contractors and service providers.
• Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a wider team.
