About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to Defence personnel, visitors, and staff. This opportunity is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who bring a customer-first mindset, a positive approach, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Your responsibilities includes:
- Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
- Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
- Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
- Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
About you
- Demonstrated prior experience in hospitality & catering services
- Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Required)
- Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service.
Defence Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance. As a result, applicants must be Australian Citizens.
