About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to prepare, service, repair, and deliver caravans while ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Completing caravan inspections and preparation for customer handovers
- Installing caravan accessories, electrical systems, and upgrades
- Performing servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault rectification work
- Conducting customer handovers and demonstrating caravan systems
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams professionally
- Following workshop procedures, quality standards, and checklists
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport to work sites
- Mechanical, automotive, auto-electrical, or 12V installation experience
- Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork capabilities
- Strong time management, organisation, and self-motivated work ethic
