We are currently expanding our team and are looking for RNs who want to join our collaborative Anaesthetic team on a full-time basis.
As an experienced RN in anaesthetics, your role will include:
* Deliver evidence-based care
* Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
* Ensure patient and staff safety
* Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health journeyAbout the Company
The hospital is located in the multicultural Western Sydney City of Penrith. It is a modern 109 bed facility providing a wide range of health services to the local community since 2000 including: orthopaedics, spinal, gynaecology, ENT, plastics, urology and general surgery, endoscopy, cardiology, cardiac angiography and obstetrics. The hospital has eight operating Theatres, one hybrid/cardiac catheterisation theatre and an endoscopy suite, supported by a critical care unit which includes intensive care.About You
* Current AHPRA registration
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
* Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work well independently and within a team
* High level organisational skills to meet time constraints
* 12 months plus experience in anaesthetics
* Strong clinical skillset
* Demonstrate the ability to show initiative Excellent communication skills
