* An hourly rate ranging between $35.46- $49.79 per hourWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Scrub Scout who is passionate to join the Scrub Scout Team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided.
As a Registered Nurse - Scrub Scout your responsibilities will include:
* Aiming to achieve optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care by following evidence-based practice.
* Demonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients within the theatre complex.
* Implementing strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into daily activities
* Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional development.
* Providing education and training assistance to other staff when applicable.About the Company

* Current Registration with AHPRA
* 18 months minimum experience as an RN – Scrub Scout
* Working with Children check (if relevant)
* Commitment to Quality Patient Care
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
* Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Works well independently and within a team
* Basic computer skills
