We're looking for hands-on, reliable and physically fit Retail Merchandisers with a 'can do' attitude to join a growing team for Arlec, a leading Australian lighting and electrical brand, servicing iconic hardware stores across Adelaide.

This role could suit someone currently working as a Retail Merchandiser, Visual Merchandiser, Retail Assistant, Sales Assistant, Field Sales Representative or Brand Representative, or someone with experience in hardware, homewares, lighting or electrical retail.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll be responsible for making sure products and displays are looking their best across your allocated stores.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Keeping ARLEC products stocked, available and looking their best
• Maintaining displays, planograms, POS and new product launches
• Building relationships with store teams and identify opportunities to improve ARLEC's presence in-store
• Providing product support, completing store checks and reporting on market opportunities
• Travelling between multiple stores within your allocated area

This Role Will Suit You If…

You're someone who takes pride in their work and likes to keep moving and get things done.

You'll need to be comfortable with a physical role involving:

• Regularly using industrial steps and ladders
• Bending, reaching and being on your feet
• Lifting boxes of up to approximately 20-25kg
• Using basic hand tools
• Working independently and managing your own time
• Starting work between 7:00am and 9:00am.

About you

Previous experience in retail merchandising, hardware, homewares, lighting or a similar environment would be highly regarded. Product knowledge is a bonus, but full training and support is provided.

You'll need a current driver licence and your own reliable vehicle.

You don't need to be an expert from day one - what we're really looking for is someone who is reliable, switched-on, physically capable and takes pride in their work.

Where Will You Be Working?

We are currently recruiting across Adelaide, with opportunities covering areas including:

• North Metro Adelaide: Woodville, Prospect, Adelaide Airport and Modbury
• Metro Adelaide: Mile End, Edwardstown, Marion and Kent Town
• South Metro Adelaide: Reynella, Noarlunga, Seaford and Victor Harbor

You'll be allocated one of these territories and will service multiple stores within your area.
