Leading Australian energy producer seeking an experienced Offshore Contract Manager

This new role is with a listed Australian energy company focused on the exploration, development, and production of natural gas and oil. With a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, the organisation seeks to deliver responsibly developed long-term value.
Your new role
- High-Risk contract interpretation and clause management, ideally with strong knowledge in EPC, drilling, & marine contracts
- Commercial tender & bid evaluation
- Analysis and management of contract pricing models (lump sum, reimbursable, unit rates) and risk frameworks
- Managing contract variations, amendments, extensions & dispute settlement
- Driving contractual performance & outcomes via KPI and SLA reviews
- Engaged on a minimum 24-month Fixed Term Contract
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience and existing full working rights IN Australia, ideally with citizenship / permanent residency. No visa sponsorships will be offered.
- Proven strategic contracts & commercial negotiation skills in offshore O&G portfolios
- Strong technical know-how in regulatory compliance, joint venture agreements & HSE requirements
- Experience managing contractors, and subcontractors, with strong interfaces within engineering, procurement, legal, and project teams
