    Role Overview

    We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist at a junior to mid-senior level to provide evidence-based assessment and intervention. This role blends clinic-based therapy, home and community visits, and collaboration with families, carers and other professionals. The successful candidate will work across pediatric and geriatric caseloads, tailoring approaches to developmental, functional and age-related needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualised intervention plans for children and older adults.
    • Deliver interventions aimed at improving daily living skills, mobility, fine motor function, sensory processing, cognitive strategies and environmental access.
    • Provide home and community-based visits to recommend equipment, mobility aids and environmental modifications.
    • Collaborate with families, carers, schools, aged care providers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals and facilitate transitions.
    • Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in line with professional and organisational standards.
    • Participate in team meetings, case reviews and continuing professional development activities.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
    • General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
    • Experience or strong interest in both pediatric and geriatric practice; ability to adapt therapy approaches across the lifespan.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and client-centred approach.
    • Current police check, working with children check and valid driver’s licence as required for home visits.
    • Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritise tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
