What’s the role?

You'll be at the heart of helping small business customers across Melbourne's Northern Suburbs achieve their ambitions through tailored Home Lending and Business Lending solutions.

Working closely with referral partners and banking channels, you'll build meaningful relationships, grow a strong customer portfolio, and create exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back. Based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country, you'll work from one of our local branches while building strong connections across the community through both internal and external referral networks.

This is a full time role based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

What do I need?

• Experience in Small Business Banking and Home Lending
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities within local markets
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• A customer focused approach with a track record of delivering great outcomes
• Strong business acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
