About The Role:

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with children to follow their interests and create engaging learning experiences
• Support children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs
• Observe, document, and evaluate children’s learning and development
• Create environments that promote trust, security, flexible routines, and smooth transitions
• Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team culture

About You:

You will bring:

• Experience in a similar early childhood education role
• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Working knowledge of the National Quality Standards
• Experience working in diverse and inclusive environments, including supporting children with additional needs.
• A genuine commitment to inclusive practice and building respectful partnerships with families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
• A valid Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid
• Sound understanding of children’s development, health, hygiene, and nutritional needs

What is it like to work with us:

SDN Glebe is a modern, vast and purpose-built centre, conveniently located for families and educators within the Federation Square precinct. An occasional care centre for the local community.

We cater for children aged 6 months to 5 years, offering a nurturing and welcoming environment that promotes wellbeing, learning, and development for over 29 children.
