Residential Architect / Project Lead
Equivalent to $100K-$112K + Super (FTE)

The advertised package represents the full-time equivalent value of the role.

We're offering four.
If you've reached the point in your career where you can run projects without being micromanaged and want more ownership, more flexibility and a genuine long-term opportunity, keep reading.
The successful candidate will work a permanent four-day (32-hour) week with a starting salary of approximately $80,000-$90,000 + super, depending on experience and capability.
As your responsibility, autonomy and contribution grow, there is a clear pathway toward approximately $100,000-$110,000 + super on the four-day arrangement.
The Opportunity
You'll step into a residential practice with proven systems, established workflows, and a pipeline of quality work already in place.
You'll have the autonomy to run projects, make decisions, solve problems, and see your work through from concept development to builder pricing.
Ultimately, you'll manage approx. 3 substantial residential projects per year, with multiple projects moving through different stages at any given time.
What Success Looks Like
- You're someone who enjoys taking ownership.
- You can confidently manage multiple residential projects at once.
- You know how to produce thorough documentation, coordinate consultants, communicate with clients, and keep deadlines on track.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading residential projects from design through documentation
- Producing high-quality working drawings
- Coordinating consultants and external stakeholders
- Managing client and builder communication
- Monitoring project scope, time allocations and deliverables
- Delivering projects efficiently through to builder pricing
Who This Will Suit
- Capability matters more than experience
- Comfortable working in 2D AutoCAD
- Have a strong understanding of residential documentation and construction.
