BIM Manager / Project Lead High-End Multi-Residential
Are you an experienced BIM Manager looking to broaden your impact beyond systems and standards?

This is a rare hybrid opportunity with one of Brisbane's leading architectural studios, renowned for delivering award-winning, high-end multi-residential developments.
Our Client is looking for a BIM Manager / Project Lead who can combine technical leadership with hands-on project delivery, providing a genuine pathway into senior studio leadership.
The Role
This is a dual-purpose position where you'll be responsible for both:
BIM Leadership
- Managing and evolving the practice's BIM standards, workflows and protocols
- Providing Revit and BIM support across project teams
- Driving model quality, project efficiency and digital innovation
- Training and mentoring staff across all levels
- Working closely with Directors to improve project delivery systems
Project Leadership
- Leading the delivery of complex high-end multi-residential projects
- Managing documentation teams and consultant coordination
- Overseeing project programmes, quality assurance and delivery outcomes
- Working directly with clients, stakeholders and internal design teams
- Bridging the gap between design excellence and technical delivery
About You
We're interested in speaking with candidates who bring:
- 8+ years' architectural experience
- Advanced Revit and BIM management capabilities
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
- Strong documentation and technical detailing skills
- Consultant and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience across multi-residential, mixed-use or large-scale commercial projects highly regarded
