ICT Business Analyst

We are currently seeking ICT Business Analyst to join the team. The position is full-time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of 80,000 plus superannuation will be offered.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse business requirements, processes, procedures, and workflows to identify needs, gaps and opportunities for improvement across projects.
2. Collaborate with clients, contractor and project stakeholders to gather, clarify, validate, and document business requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
3. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improved business and project practices, workflows, and system functionality.
4. Act as a central point of contact for clients and contractors, providing guidance and support throughout projects, while analysing business requirements and workflows.
5. Support in the Clean Energy Regulator (CER) solar PV and battery inspections programme through development of ICT tools, quality assurance processes, inspection-related processes, requirements and workflows.
6. Develop user stories and conduct root cause analysis to investigate business and process issues and support the development of effective solutions.
7. Take ownership of deploying functional solutions, including developing and implementing system test plans to validate requirements and ensure system quality and integrity across related projects and companies.
8. Create user manuals, training materials, and business process documentation, including documenting and developing process flows for the solar PV and battery inspections program and other business practices.

Skills and Experience:

1. Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
3. Strong communication skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
