About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, you will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care that supports older people to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Working closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by building trusted relationships and helping people live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.
- Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting choice and independence.
- Contribute to a safe, respectful and collaborative working environment
What You Will Need
- Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 12 months' experience as an Enrolled Nurse, preferably within aged care, community care, or healthcare settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, patience and a commitment to delivering person-centred care
Candidates must hold a current National Police Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
