Are you a Payroll Officer looking for short-term contract work? YOU | You’re detail-oriented, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team. You’ll ideally bring: • Experience processing pays, or supporting a payroll team with end-to-end processing • A working understanding of Awards and Enterprise Agreements • Experience using an HRMS such as Chris21, Alesco, Dayforce, Ascender or similar – highly regarded but not essential • The ability to help with payroll reconciliations and reporting • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach • Confidence answering general pay and leave questions from staff and managers • Public sector experience is a bonus, but not essential THE ROLES | Day-to-day duties may include processing pays, updating employee details in the HRMS, managing leave and position records, helping with reconciliations and reporting, and responding to payroll queries from managers and employees.
