Contract Site Supervisor

Contract site supervisor required for a commercial tier 2 builder in western Sydney.

Your New Company:This well-established Tier 2 builder has a strong presence across NSW, delivering high-quality education, health, and commercial projects. With a growing pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a key education project in Western Sydney.

Your New Role:
As Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team, you will be responsible for managing trades, monitoring progress, and maintaining site compliance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising subcontractors and coordinating daily site activities
- Ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- Monitoring project timelines and reporting on progress
- Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
- Maintaining high-quality standards across all works

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor across commercial building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
- Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- First Aid and white card
