Picker / Forklift Operator / Admin Work - Crestmead

Labourforce is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Picker / Forklift Operator / Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established and industry-leading steel manufacturing company based in Crestmead, QLD.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is confident operating forklifts, completing inventory tasks, and assisting with customer interactions.
Shift Times
Applicants MUST be available for both shifts:
- 6:00AM – 2:00PM
- 10:00AM – 6:00PM
Pay Rate
$37.35 per hour + Super
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:
Accurately picking and packing customer orders
Loading and unloading trucks, supplier deliveries, and customer collections
Conducting cyclic stock counts and stocktake activities
Using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Assisting customers with Order Pick-Ups (OPU) and general customer service support
Supporting warehouse and sheds teams when required
Performing floor searches and site sweeps
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards (5S)
Following all WH&S procedures and PPE requirements
Completing general administration and computer-based tasks
To Be Successful, You Will Have
Previous experience in a warehouse/stores environment
Current Forklift Licence (High Risk Licence – Essential)
Experience operating forklifts and side loaders
RF scanning experience
Cycle counting / stocktake experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and administration experience
Reliable attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
