We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a leading Federal Government Agency. The successful Delivery Lead will facilitate and coordinate the delivery of complex Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics programs, working closely with technical leaders, multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact business outcomes. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Delivery Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Facilitating the delivery of complex Data Science, AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics initiatives across multiple teams
- Coordinating delivery activities, managing dependencies, risks, priorities and stakeholder expectations
- Leading discovery workshops, planning activities and business problem definition sessions
- Driving Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives and backlog refinement
- Preparing delivery reporting, governance artefacts, executive briefings and business case documentation
The successful Delivery Lead will have:
- Proven experience delivering complex technology, analytics, AI or digital transformation programs within large organisations
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Business Analysts and senior business stakeholders
- Experience applying Agile, hybrid and fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies across complex initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and executive reporting skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, risks, issues and dependencies in fast-paced environments
