Dealer Principal (AC8202)

An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Dealer Principal to lead a substantial automotive operation on the Mornington Peninsula.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially driven operator who can lead from the front, build accountability across departments and drive consistent dealership performance.

The business represents a significant automotive footprint with strong monthly vehicle volume, established teams and multiple operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to quickly assess the operation, identify improvement opportunities and implement clear performance direction across the dealership.

You will oversee all key dealership functions including sales performance, used vehicles, customer experience, profitability, leadership development and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring proven Dealer Principal or senior dealership management experience, strong financial acumen and the ability to lead teams through change while maintaining a positive and performance-focused culture.
