Kwinana | Monday-Friday | Dayshift Only | $37.10/hr + penalties
Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking motivated Day Crew Operators to join an international mineral sands company at their Kwinana processing plant on a long-term casual basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the mining and heavy industry sector, with training, upskilling and genuine opportunities to build a long-term career within the process plant.
What's on Offer
- $37.10/hr + penalties after 7.6 hours
- Monday-Friday roster
- 8:00am-4:00pm | Dayshift only
- Kwinana location - home every night
- Long-term opportunity with an international mining company

About the Role
- You'll support day-to-day process plant operations through:
- Slurry hosing and wash-down operations
- High-pressure water blasting and site housekeeping
- Forklift operations
- Equipment isolation, standby and sentry duties
- General labouring and manual handling up to 25kg
- Pond dredging - full training provided
- This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, is keen to learn and wants to develop a career in heavy industry.
What We're Looking For
- Safety-conscious attitude and strong work ethic
- Current Forklift Licence
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
- CSE Ticket desirable
- Rigging experience highly regarded
