Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) Manager, you will support the implementation of a new enterprise system while working as part of a friendly and growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and system updates within a new business platform
- Running test scripts and documenting results
- Identifying and reporting system defects and issues
- Assisting with training sessions and user support activities
- Working with team members to understand and resolve system-related queries
- Supporting project, administration, and procurement-related activities as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with TechOne or similar business systems is highly regarded but not essential
