Data Engineer / Data Modeller
- Design and build ELT/ETL pipelines and scalable data transformation processes.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

We’re seeking an experienced Data Engineer / Data Modeller to join a growing Data & BI team supporting major business transformation initiatives.
This role will focus on designing modern data models, building scalable transformation pipelines, and mapping data from legacy systems into a new enterprise data platform. You’ll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to help shape and deliver high-quality, trusted data solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build ELT/ETL pipelines and scalable data transformation processes
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Map and migrate data from existing systems into modern target-state models
- Support enterprise data transformation and migration initiatives
- Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver practical solutions
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organisation’s cloud data platform
About You You’ll bring strong experience across Data Engineering and Data Modelling, with the ability to work across both technical delivery and business-facing engagements.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong SQL and data transformation expertise
- Proven experience designing enterprise data models
- Experience mapping and transforming data from legacy/source systems
- Hands-on experience with ELT/ETL frameworks and cloud data platforms
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and modern data tooling
- Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities within Snowflake or modern data platforms highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Azure, Python, Power BI, or Fivetran advantageous
