Role Overview
An established and well-respected insurance organisation located in Sydney CBD is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Policy Support Specialist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to build a long-term career within the insurance industry while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support through inbound/ outbound phone calls and email correspondence
- Respond to enquiries from new and existing policyholders, providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance
- Offer guidance and tailored solutions to ensure positive customer experiences and successful outcomes
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records
- Update and maintain customer information within CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Consistently provide a high standard of customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and service expectations
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, client support, or administration role.
- Previous experience within the insurance or financial services industry is highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident phone manner.
- Strong computer literacy, accurate data entry skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute positively within a collaborative team.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
