ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a well-known and respected Power Tool company based in Truganina.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale product recall project, working within a supportive team environment.

About the Role
As part of a dedicated customer service team, you will be responsible for contacting end users and coordinating product recall activities.
Your duties will include:
- Making outbound calls to customers and end users
- Liaising with customers to organise product returns and recalls
- Providing professional and accurate information
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
- Working with Excel spreadsheets to track progress and outcomes
- Ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to learn new systems quickly
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
