Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Thebarton concrete order office. You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will help make sure orders are delivered in full and on time (OTIF) across the Adelaide concrete market, with great service on every call.

You will join a friendly, supportive team in a company that celebrates its people. The role offers a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone
• Answer more than 100 customer calls professionally and efficiently each day
• Process customer orders and prepare quotes
• Work closely with the allocation team to achieve OTIF deliveries
• Maintain safety, health and environmental standards
